Hello everyone, I hope you are staying healthy during these strange times. Even though it is now harder than ever to stay in shape (gyms and other sporting places are closed in most countries). There are still some cool things you can do at home or in your local neighbourhood. In this post I will give you some help and explain what I am doing myself as well. Running and other events are canceled, I have nothing to train for basically. Hence virtual challenges are the next best thing out there.
Currently myself I am doing the route 66 challenge on https://www.theconqueror.events/. I challenged myself to walk the whole historic route 66 (3700+ Kilometers) within a year. Pushing myself to walk more often and longer distances. I already have a GPS watch so logging this is quite easy. Anything I log get’s automatically updated to Strava as well and this will update the mission page. It doesn’t matter how you do it, walk, run, cycle, ice skate whatever you want is fine.
The conquerer events also offer lesser distance challenges, so you don’t have to do 3700 KM, 22 KM is also possible. You set your own deadline and once you complete it, you get awesome bling (medals).
There are plenty of other virtual challenges to find as well.

Mental health is also important
Make sure to relax as well, watch some Netlfix maybe even do some meditation! Walking outside also helps and if you have your own garden, maybe it’s time to do some gardening or take up other easy task to keep yourself intertained. Make sure to listen to your mind and body as well.
