On 20 July 2019 I ran a the Tilburgse Kermis run (Tilburg fair run). This is a very fun, fun run with a 5k and 10km distance. The event is not timed. It just mostly for fun. You get also access to about 10 attractions/buildings for free.

I opted for the 5 kilometer run and you are allowed to change the distance anytime (even during the run) accidentally I choose the 10 kilometer distance. Big plus is that I got to do more attractions which I really love.

The start was divided into 4 start waves at different times, we did a warming up with a lot of music and then we were running!

The fair of Tilburg is one of the largest fairs in the BeNeLux (Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg) so there are a lot of amazing attractions. During the run we also ran through a fair museum, a cinema and even a shop. To finish the run you can even go into the famous Eurocoaster.

The weater was okay-ish, a bit of rain from time to time but that didn’t ruin the fun. People constantly push you on and once you reach the finish you get a very nice (and shiny) medal. One to keep!
